Claim

How a pure file becomes a public door — without surrendering the house.

You already have a FlameSpace: a pure HTML file you downloaded from the creation flow. That file is yours. It works offline. Nothing was sent anywhere.

Claim hangs a public door: yourhandle.flamespace.fyi serves exactly those bytes — and nothing else.

A claim is a pointer, not a transfer of ownership.

The pure file remains the root of trust. You can always leave with a full copy.

What this requires

What is never required

Claim your handle

.flamespace.fyi
Lowercase letters, digits, hyphens. No leading or trailing hyphen.
The pure HTML file you downloaded from the creation flow.

Update or revoke

To replace the public file or close the door, use your handle and recovery passphrase. Closing the door leaves your local file untouched.

Light a new space · Principles

The Flame does not ask who carried it last.
It only cares that it is still lit.
